The Relaunch
In a world that is becoming increasingly diverse, the future of the Missional Church has to be multiethnic, multicultural, and innovative. The second annual BLS coming June 17th-19th, 2024.
The BLS Story -
Over the last 20 years we’ve seen the percentage of Black Pastors with multiethnic churches quadruple. While this growth is promising, many of these Black Pastors still encounter barriers that their counterparts do not.
To move forward effectively, we must recognize the ongoing and unique challenges faced by Black Pastors in leading sustainable, flourishing, multi-ethnic churches. This is what led Pastor Adrian Crawford & Chris Johnson to create the Black Leadership Summit.
A place designed to encourage leaders and equip them with the resources, networks, and insights needed to drive meaningful change while remaining authentic to who they were created to be. Yet, the question still remains:
How successful will they be?
Unearthing the answers to this question and more is what inspired Pastors Adrian Crawford & Chris Johnson to launch the Black Leadership Summit. Join us this summer in Tallahassee, Florida, June 17th-19th, 2024.
